• Products/Services: POS software licenses, subscriptions, support services, and any related e-commerce products or services offered on the Platform.
• Subscription Plan: A recurring billing arrangement for services provided by our Company.
• Payment Method: Credit cards, mobile banking, digital wallets, and other payment options accepted by the Platform.

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made through your account or by contacting customer support.
• No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You are responsible for managing your subscription renewal.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. Continued payment failures may result in suspension of service.
